SeLaGa Chicken Masala – एक ही रेसिपी से बनाएं ग्रेवी वाली चिकन करी और मसालेदार सुखा चिकन!

चिकन करी और चिकन मसाला बनाने का तरीका:

  1. 500 ग्राम चिकन लें और अच्छे से धोकर सुखा लें।
  2. इसमें 1 पूरा SeLaGa Chicken Masala पाउच, ½ छोटा चम्मच SeLaGa Kashmiri Mirchi Powder, ½ छोटा चम्मच SeLaGa Organic Haldi Powder, 1 चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट, 2 चम्मच दही और स्वादानुसार नमक मिलाकर 15 मिनट मैरीनेट करें।

अगर “चिकन मसाला” बनाना है (सुखा स्टाइल):

  1. कढ़ाई में 3 बड़े चम्मच तेल गरम करें, फिर 2 कटे प्याज डालकर सुनहरा भूनें।
  2. 2 कटे टमाटर डालें और नरम होने तक पकाएं।
