- 500 ग्राम मटन लें और इसे अच्छे से धोकर सुखा लें।
- इसमें 1 पूराSeLaGa Meat Masala पाउच, ½ छोटा चम्मच SeLaGa Kashmiri Mirchi Powder, ½ छोटा चम्मच SeLaGa Organic Haldi Powder, 1 चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट, 2 चम्मच दही और स्वादानुसार नमक मिलाकर 30 मिनट के लिए मैरीनेट करें।
